Slave Drive Disappears after hibernate

Hey all,
Just curious if anyone knows what would cause this. Whenever I put my PC in hibernate for the night and come back the next day, my Slave drive does not show up in my computer. But, whenever I reboot it shows up and stays there until I hibernate, after which it disappears again? Anyone know how to resolve this? (other than not hibernating wraith)

i have no idea i just shut down for the night or whenever im not on it i never hibernate.
